Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Manufacturing leader to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong strategic and operational skills, as well as the ability to lead high-performing teams.

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values
    • Lead initiatives to scale production capacity in line with global demand and product innovation

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control
  2. Ensure adherence to production timelines, cost targets, and quality standards
  3. Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety in accordance with regulatory frameworks
  4. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
  5. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to support new product development and operational scalability
  • Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure alignment with standards and expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are advantageous
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, personal care industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
