Banking and Financial Services Treasury Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Model Implementation Manager to join our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team in Sydney. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for building, implementing, and executing capital and provisioning models across our Banking and Financial Services product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop capital and provisioning models to ensure accurate risk assessment and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute these models.
  • Monitor model performance and engage with the model validation team for annual validation activities.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary, Engineering, Computer Science).
  • Demonstrated experience in credit risk modelling (IRB, IFRS9, stress testing).
  • Commercial outlook and strong problem-solving skills.
