About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Private Capital to join our team at Dexus. As a key member of our New Business team, you will play a critical role in the growth and diversification of our investor base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investor groups, including High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Investment Advisers, Charities, and Endowments.
  • Capital raise for new product initiatives, including involvement in producing marketing collateral, investor pitches, commercial term negotiations, and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations Team to deliver exceptional investor experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in funds management, strategy, banking, or corporate development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the real-estate and/or infrastructure funds management sector.
  • Existing industry and investor contacts within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience in Private Capital investment, including a client-focused approach to investment solutions and recommendations.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion, achieving project goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention skills.
