Executive Chef Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations, encompassing food costs, labour planning, budgeting, forecasting, health and safety protocols, staff management, and recruitment processes.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring seamless execution of all kitchen activities.
  • Collaborate closely with a strong leadership team to drive strategic business decisions for the venue.
  • Assist in developing menus that align with contemporary culinary trends, guaranteeing high-quality dishes are served consistently.
  • Qualifications in Culinary Arts (Diploma level preferred) and minimum three years of experience in a leadership role are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, high-level organisational abilities, and the capacity to lead by example are essential.
