About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Expertise Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex travel requirements for high-profile clients, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  2. Collaborate with global teams to develop innovative solutions, driving business growth and revenue streams.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating best rates and deals to reduce client expenditure.
  4. Process administrative tasks efficiently, including accounting queries and payment reconciliations.
  5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to PCI regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
  6. Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive growth and development.
  7. Proactively seek ways to improve functionality and efficiency within the team, suggesting ideas for improved practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in travel consulting or a related field, managing high-demand clientele.
  • Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and GDS systems (Travelport preferred).
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other relevant software applications.
