Job Description

The role involves maintaining and improving the website to ensure it is engaging, accurate, accessible, and aligned with our brand and communication objectives. Using a content management system (CMS), you will create and publish compelling content, manage platform functionality, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver an exceptional digital experience that truly connects with our audiences.

  • Maintain and update website content using a CMS.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work with the Systems Team and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience, recommending enhancements where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
  • Support analytics tracking and reporting to inform content strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing websites using a CMS or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web content creation, publishing workflows, and digital accessibility.
  • Experience in web development (e.g. WordPress and/or Wix platforms).
  • Understanding of dynamic websites from databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and UX principles is desirable.
