">Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring all customers feel valued and entertained.
  • Coach and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on excellent customer service and hospitality standards.
  • Support the venue management team with opens and closes, including maintenance, cleanliness, and venue upkeep.
  • Take charge of shifts, overseeing staff breaks and task assignment, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Issue arcade cards and advise customers on best value options, promoting revenue growth.
