Position Overview:

Are you passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a flair for organising exceptional events? Join our dynamic team at QT Hotel Perth, where we host everything from high-profile corporate meetings to unforgettable social celebrations.

We're currently seeking a confident and driven Assistant Conference & Events Manager to support the planning and delivery of outstanding conferences, meetings, and special events at our premier hotel.

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the Conference & Events Manager in end-to-end event coordination
  • Managing events and liaising with clients to understand their needs
  • Coordinating with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Leading on-the-day event operations and troubleshooting in real time
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Supporting team training, development, and daily operation
