Job Title: Entertainment Expert

We are seeking a full-time professional to join our team and provide exceptional entertainment solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a diverse and varied role, supporting our growing entertainment team with various responsibilities.

  • Manage client travel requirements, including VIP client needs, while anticipating and understanding individual preferences.
  • Formulate complex itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that requirements are met.
  • Service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards of quality documentation.
  • Report, investigate, and resolve errors or complaints adhering to customer service standards.
  • Operate in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
  • Process administrative tasks, including accounting queries from clients and finance departments through final reconciliation.
  • Complete systems and respond to communications proactively, promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Ensure accurate and fully completed PNRs in Galileo.
  • Log client and supplier favours accordingly.
  • Adhere to PCI regulations according to company policy.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, share knowledge, and assist with training as required.
  • Maintain positive and valuable relationships with key vendors relevant to our client base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant travel consulting experience managing high-demand clientele.
  • Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
  • GDS experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with booking flights, hotels, and published airfares.
  • Experience handling VIP, touring, film, theatre, production, or media clients, and/or group travel.
