People and Culture Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized People and Culture Officer to join our dynamic team at Wintringham. As a key member of our People and Culture Team, you will provide administrative and recruitment support to our Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for a range of functions within the team, including recruitment activities, quality P&C systems, and record keeping.
- Administer core quality P&C systems, ensuring accuracy and a systematic approach to record keeping.
- Provide backup support for Reception when required.
- Support the implementation of change management initiatives in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager and team.
We are looking for an individual with a qualification in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. You will have excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication skills, and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role or an administrative or customer service role is highly desirable.
You will also have intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams, and the ability to work collaboratively and pragmatically with a diverse range of people. A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
