This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Court Assessment and Prosecutions Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the operation of our Court Assessment and Prosecutions Service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely, high-quality advice to stakeholders, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.
• Conduct effective risk assessments for individuals and their potential impact on community safety, using your expertise to identify areas of concern and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Manage challenging behaviors effectively, utilizing your strong communication skills to resolve issues and promote a culture of inclusion.
• Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
About You:
• You have experience or knowledge of court processes and prosecutions, with a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
• You can provide human services in needs assessments and development of interventions, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
• You pay attention to words, expression, and body language, recognizing behaviors that promote a culture of inclusion and taking steps to address any challenges that arise.
• You resolve issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex situations with ease.
Location:
