Financial Operations Specialist

The role requires collaboration with various departments to deliver key commercial activities. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, experience in a fast-paced environment, and be able to prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and commentary on a monthly and quarterly basis.
This includes managing internal and external financial reporting, enforcing adherence to commercial policies, analyzing and optimizing costs to meet financial targets, and coordinating timely reporting in accordance with Joint Venture and management agreements.
The team works together to achieve results through care and dedication.
About You:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting is required, along with CA/CPA or equivalent working towards certification.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification accounting experience, preferably in the mining industry.
- Experience in data preparation, report writing, and management information.
- A willingness to work as part of a winning team.
