We are looking to expand our team and provide support to individuals in need.

This is a unique opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of others and follow your talents.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working with a diverse group of individuals across Melbourne, helping them with daily tasks, transportation, and other essential services.

You must have:

- NDIS Workers Screening, or willingness to obtain one.
- You must be fully vaccinated to comply with the Victorian government's mandate.
- Police Check (Current)
- CPR and First Aid Certificate (Current)
- Have a safe and reliable vehicle, and also a valid Victorian driver's license.
- Working rights in Australia
- Capacity to meet the physical demands of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with meal planning, preparation, and cooking as required.
  • Domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, gardening etc).
  • Provide transportation for the client to and from their destinations.
  • Acknowledge and respond to the needs of Aboriginal and culturally and linguistically different people, and assist them in integrating into the service.
  • Accept and respect your customers' right to their own views, values and preferences.
  • By building relationships based on trust with clients and their families and/or advocates.
