We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a leading NDIS provider, we support thousands of participants across Australia.
- Conduct person-centred assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families, and carers.
- Develop and implement evidence-based positive behaviour support plans.
- Promote the elimination of restrictive practices through education and practical strategies.
- Work collaboratively to build capacity in families, carers, and support networks.
- Act as a role model for best-practice service delivery.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team with a shared mission to make a difference.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
- Qualifications in Behaviour Support or a related field.
- Strong report writing skills and ability to translate assessment findings into clear plans.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a dynamic caseload.
- Proactive attitude with excellent people skills.
