Mental Health Support Worker Role

Are you passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals with mental health needs? Do you have a genuine desire to make a positive impact in someone's life?

This role is perfect for experienced Mental Health Support Workers who enjoy a challenge and are motivated by the rewarding feeling of making a difference.

We are seeking a qualified professional to provide person-centred support to an adult requiring support within the home involving In Home Care and Community Access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualised plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment that values diversity and inclusivity

Requirements:

  • Experience and/or academic qualifications in mental health or a related field (i.e., Psychology, Nursing, Community Services, Youth Work or Social Work)
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed
  • A caring and patient nature, with good work ethics
  • Positive engagement and interaction with people who have complex needs
