Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading key strategic accounts or a bespoke portfolio of strategic accounts in Beverages and Industrials. Your primary goal will be to maximise TGE's profile, share of wallet, and build customer loyalty to optimise retention and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and review the customer growth and sales strategy.
- Build, sustain, and expand multi-level relationships and contacts within the customer base, beyond operational/procurement.
- Drive sustainable growth by seeking expansion of current services and identifying cross-sell opportunities from incremental business units.
- Maintain the customer sales and revenue forecast, ensuring all existing and new opportunities are reported in CRM, reviewed, and progressed within target timeframes.
- Champion internally for the customer at executive and operational levels, developing innovative solutions to better solve customer problems.
You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer financial performance and industry trends within this portfolio. Your proven track record in building and sustaining multi-level relationships, driving growth, and uncovering new business opportunities, within industry, sets you apart. You excel at championing customer needs internally and crafting innovative solutions that deliver real value.
