Job Title: Delivery Station Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly organized and motivated Delivery Station Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activities of our busy Delivery Stations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead a team of Shift Managers and Shift Assistants to achieve operational goals and metrics.
  • Work closely with key business partners, including Transport & Sortation, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES, and Engineering.
  • Track and drive operational goals and metrics, presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Review operational forecasts and determine productivity requirements for the delivery station.
  • Manage a team to meet building goals, support safety programs, and identify process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
