About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our Corporate team at CA001 Marsh Canada Limited. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with insurers at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of key revenue-generating accounts
- Ensure a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients
- Manage the relationship development and coordination of product and service solutions specific to a group of accounts
- Lead, plan, and implement clear and effective renewal and broking strategies
- Ensure effective account retention and defense strategies are in place for all clients at all times to promote client retention
- Maintain an active and direct involvement in all claim-related matters
- Track and report on new business opportunities
- Contribute to continual process improvement, challenging ways of operating with innovative ideas and solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Corporate broking experience
- Extensive knowledge of risks and controls across various business areas
- Ability to step straight into a portfolio of our largest and most complex accounts
- Strong market presence within General Insurance
