Strategic Business Insights Leader

The successful candidate will lead the production and delivery of high-quality commercial insights to drive business decisions. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
Main Responsibilities- Design and deliver monthly, half-yearly, and annual reporting requirements for the division.
- Create a comprehensive plan that aligns with business objectives and drives strategic ambition.
- Develop and implement metrics and dashboards based on business requirements.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Commercial Insights Manager will be expected to:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of finance and financial services.
- Showcase experience across a range of finance disciplines, including partnering with divisions, corporate centre planning, and financial control roles.
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills, conflict resolution, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of finance processes and systems is essential.
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI is highly desirable.
- A tertiary qualification along with an appropriate postgraduate qualification (CA/CPA) is preferred.
