Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior People Insights Analyst. This is a hands-on position requiring sophisticated analytics skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and analyze people data using SQL and PeopleSoft, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable workforce insights.
  • Deliver analytics and workforce trends that inform organizational strategy.
  • Provide documentation, mentoring, and support to enhance reporting capability across People & Culture, ensuring data integrity and governance.

  • The successful candidate will be highly skilled in designing and implementing reporting frameworks in complex organizations, with a proven ability to translate data into strategic workforce insights.
  • They must also have exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
