Job Opportunity: Senior Commercial Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Commercial Project Coordinator.
This is a site-based position for the duration of the project (13 months). You will work closely with the commercial lead, Project Manager, and CA to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Oversight the full contract lifecycle from pre-construction through to project completion
- Manage head contract administration, subcontract procurement, and negotiation
- Review, assess, and manage variations, claims, and contractual risks
Maintain accurate and timely cost reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals. Support the delivery team to meet programme, budget, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and solutions-focused project environment
The ideal candidate will have experience in contracts management and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary will be in line with experience - A$180 K – A$220 K.
