Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and administration of multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones and critical path activities
  • Monitor and control project costs, including procurement and invoicing
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate commercial risks
  • Support compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Build trusted relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a Contract Administrator role, with recent experience at a senior level
  • Proven track record working on complex commercial or institutional refurbishment projects
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent understanding of construction contracts and cost control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
