Front Desk Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Front Desk Associate to join our team. This part-time role involves working 1-2 days per week, providing exceptional customer service to clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support for the clinic's front desk operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of housekeeping.
  • Demonstrate initiative, be self-motivated, and thorough in all tasks assigned.
  • Show punctuality, reliability, and responsibility in meeting deadlines and commitments.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer literacy and technical skills.
  • Able to work accurately, precisely, and with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or similar role would be advantageous.
  • Bilingualism, particularly in Chinese and English, is an asset.
