Maximising Revenue Growth as a Liaison Officer
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and patients, ensuring all inpatients are thoroughly assessed and categorised according to their financial classification.
- Promote and market services to encourage conversion of patients with private health insurance from non-chargeable to chargeable status.
- Establish effective relationships with relevant teams to ensure timely acquisition of patient billing information, meeting revenue department requirements.
This role significantly contributes to increasing revenue for the organisation.
