Job Opportunity:

As a dynamic and experienced Sales & Project Coordinator, you will support our external sales professionals in Melbourne. You will work alongside one other Sales Coordinator to assist the team of four Business Development Managers (BDMs) in Australia. This role entails quality and cost control of commercial projects, coordination with trades, manufacturers, and end users, bid creation, quote oversight, submittal drawing management, scheduling, and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality and cost control of commercial projects
  • Coordination with all trades, manufacturers, and end users
  • Bid creation and quote oversight
  • Submittal drawing management, scheduling, and purchase orders
  • Managing project binders and related drawings

Requirements:

  • Strong internal/coordination experience within the Australian commercial lighting industry
  • Experience supporting large-scale, high-value projects
  • Interior Design, Engineering, or equivalent trade background (desirable)
  • Good understanding of the specification/fit-out process
  • High energy, self-motivation, and desire for rewards
  • Stable employment history and desire for long-term career growth
