Financial Operations Specialist

The Finance Business Partner is a key role within our organization. This position will be responsible for creating a trusted partnership between finance and the leadership of the program.
The successful candidate will provide financial and analytical leadership and advice to support the program leadership team in their operational and strategic decision-making, drive financial performance, support the budgeting and forecast process, and ensure financial control of the program's operations.
This involves maintaining a robust finance governance framework and structure for the program, reinforcing a culture of financial performance accountability and empowerment, and implementing effective strategies in managing financial performance, monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
