Your ImpactAs a Senior Manager, Renewal Growth, you will play a critical role in leading high-performing teams and driving business results. You will have a proven track record of success in building and training motivated teams, as well as communicating effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Your presence and ability to communicate optimally will be essential in this role.
You will be responsible for:
- Hiring, developing, and retaining top renewal-sales talent
- Driving team disciplines, performance, and performance insights, leading to continuous improvement
- Providing mentorship and expertise to the team in day-to-day account activities within their territory, including performance management, escalations, ad hoc projects, quota preparations, and forecasts
- Leading daily activities of renewal sales professionals, including ongoing mentoring and support, performance evaluation, training-plan definition, and problem-solving
- Running forecasting activities, preparing internal reports for management
- Aligning with organizational and corporate objectives to develop and execute action plans for revenue growth and profitability
- Developing territories for the team and assisting in quota assignment
- Owning the development of career plans for employees
- Serving as a team liaison, coordinating interactions between internal departments and external customers as appropriate
- Defining, streamlining, and implementing internal business processes, including operational and procedural guidelines
- Responding to internal and external inquiries regarding Renewal sales
- Planning and coordinating special projects, gathering, prioritizing, and assessing information, and developing recommendations
- Assisting and contributing to the planning, coordination, development, and implementation of long-range business goals and objectives
- Acting as a key liaison to the Security Business Unit and Security Sales, with diagnostics on retention performance and actionable insights
