Senior Renewal Manager role at Meltwater. We are actively seeking skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to improving client retention rates.
What You'll Do- Lead initiatives to ensure on-time renewal revenue, collaborating closely with extended account teams.
- Proactively engage with clients well ahead of renewal to forecast and plan ahead.
- Manage all aspects of the renewal process, including processing renewal transactions and overseeing contract execution.
- Identify upcoming renewals and maintain an accurate forecast for senior leadership.
- Identify risks in the portfolio and collaborate with the customer success team to mitigate them.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in renewals or customer success, ideally in software or SaaS.
- Exceptional organizational skills with data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to engage customers and address concerns.
- Proactive approach to identifying upcoming renewals and potential issues.
- Strong communication skills to articulate renewal options and collaborate with Account Managers.
- Ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and pushback with professionalism and tact.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required.
