Job Title: Chiller Installation and Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial chillers and HVAC equipment across Sydney and surrounding areas. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional support as part of a professional service team, ensuring efficient and effective operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain all types of Trane and other brand chiller plants according to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork related to work performed, including commissioning reports and service records.
- Participate in after-hours standby duty rosters to ensure prompt response to emergency situations.
- Foster and maintain professional working relationships among technicians, apprentices and colleagues, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times, adhering to relevant industry regulations and company guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops as required by the company, enhancing your skills and knowledge in chiller installation, maintenance and repair techniques.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC chiller installation, maintenance and repair.
- Trade qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning or equivalent industry certification.
- Current restricted electrical license and valid driver's license.
- Construction induction card (white card) and current ARC licence.
- Experience in A/C maintenance and installations of all types, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
