AV Installation Technician – Electricians and Data Specialists

We are seeking a highly skilled AV installation technician to join our team. As an AV installation technician, you will be responsible for installing and integrating cutting-edge audiovisual systems for corporate, education, and government clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical or data background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Job Description:
  • Install and integrate AV equipment, including TVs, projectors, speakers, control systems, and structured cabling, for various projects.
  • Ensure all AV components are seamlessly integrated, tested, and functioning according to specifications.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism on-site, including punctuality, respect for the client's environment, and a clean and tidy work area.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during and after installation, providing ongoing support and maintenance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong electrical or data background.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A current driver's license and the ability to travel across Sydney.
  • A valid Whitecard and Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
