About the Role
  • Supporting the scheduling and coordination of resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects
  • Learning to work with and coordinate subcontractors on-site
  • Assisting with training sessions for new installers and learning best-practice installation techniques
  • Helping with on-site quality inspections and client support
  • Attending sites with senior staff to help resolve customer issues
  • Supporting WHS compliance by helping maintain safety documentation
What You'll Be Doing

You will assist with planning, coordination, and on-site support for our projects while developing the skills to manage your own team in future. You will work closely with our experienced installation team, subcontractors, and management to learn every aspect of the trade.

This role is designed for individuals with trade qualifications or hands-on construction experience looking to step up into a supervisory pathway. You will receive comprehensive training in resin-bound paving methods and gain valuable industry experience.

Requirements
  • Trade background (landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar)
  • Eager to learn, hands-on, and not afraid to get involved in the physical side of the job
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
  • Full Australian working rights are essential
