With two beautiful clinics located in Rouse Hill and Oakville (NSW), we serve the Hills District and Hawkesbury region through a passionate multidisciplinary team. Our team includes Women's Health Physiotherapists, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, Pilates Instructors, and a network of GPs and Specialists.

About the Role

As a leading Women's Health clinic in the Hills District and Hawkesbury region

In this role you will:

• Manage a diverse Women's Health caseload including pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pregnancy/postpartum care.
• Deliver 1:1 client-focused care, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
• Build meaningful client relationships, offering education and support to improve outcomes and quality of life.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Receive and provide mentorship, contributing to the professional growth of our team.

Role Details
Hours:
Flexible – full-time or part-time opportunities available. We're open to creating a mutually beneficial role with the right candidate.

Locations:
Roles available across both our Rouse Hill and Oakville clinics. Primary location negotiable.

Remuneration:
Competitive above-market salary, commensurate with applicable experience and leadership responsibilities.

Start Date:
September or October, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Duration:
We are looking for someone ready to commit long-term and be part of our leadership team. A minimum 2-year commitment is preferred.

We are looking for:

• An experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist (2-3years minimum) with exposure to private practice.
• Proven capability in managing pelvic health conditions, including prolapse and pessary fitting competency, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, and pregnancy/postpartum care.
• Current AHPRA Registration, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• A current Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain) and Police Check.
• A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• SIRA registration.
• Desire to take on a leadership or mentorship role.

The below criteria is highly desirable but not essential:

• Experience in private practice musculoskeletal clinic.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Pelvic Health or Women's Health.
• Experience in mentoring junior clinicians.
• Government recognised Accredited Pilates Training qualification.
• Experience delivering community workshops, education sessions, or classes +/- related to women's health.
