Job Title: Project ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our projects across the Property sector, focusing on aviation, residential, living, and social housing developments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields are essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in construction project delivery, especially within Property sectors such as Education, Living & Aged Care, Commercial Property, Aviation, & Housing is required.
  • Experience in client-side consultancy or managing projects for clients is also highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging talent are necessary for success in this role.
  • A strategic, collaborative mindset with initiative and ability to navigate complex projects is key to achieving project objectives.
