Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vessel Master to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our vessels.

About the Role

  • Navigate and manage vessels in compliance with maritime regulations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead and supervise a team of crew members, providing guidance on best practices for smooth vessel operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and drills to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage reporting requirements, ensuring seamless integration with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Hold an AMSA issued Master V (24m NC) / MED 2 certification, demonstrating expertise in vessel operations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and effective communication techniques.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of safety and maritime obligations.
  • Hold a Senior First Aid Driver's Licence, Ochre Card, and Police Clearance.
  • Be physically fit, with the ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
