">The Assistant Project Manager will work on various Defence and nuclear projects. They will be mentored and supported by industry specialists and assist with tender submissions, including drafting technical content and coordinating document production.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Coordinate proposal development activities with Sales and admin support staff">
- Prepare operational and market sector internal governance reporting">
- Support internal governance requirements for proposals and projects">
- Coordinate market sector business development activities">
- Plan, coordinate and support the conduct of internal and project workshops and other engagements">
- Assist the team with administrative duties, including timesheets, travel, accommodation, functions, catering, etc">
- Assist Project Managers & Design Managers with monitoring the project scope, including regular review of design documents and amendment of design documents to meet the client's project brief">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate has 5+ years post-graduate project management experience working with/for the Department of Defence. Tertiary qualifications in a related field are also preferred (project management, construction management, engineering, architecture).
