Project Coordinator

This position supports project development and implementation of strategy for planning, delivery, and resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage time-related issues in the contract
  • Develop programs throughout all project stages
  • Integrate 3D CAD models and programs
  • Maintain program and other time-related materials to ensure sequence and timing of all operations are considered and optimized for successful project completion within required time constraints
  • Understand and communicate the sequence of activities critical for project delivery; and the consequences of not completing planned activities
  • Implement robust project controls and accurate reporting and forecasting

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of project planning and delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain and analyze data for project control purposes
