Job Title: Digital Health Expert

We are seeking a skilled Digital Health Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their clinical knowledge to initiate and support the design, configuration, and implementation of digital solutions.

As a Digital Health Expert, you will work closely with program/project leads and team members to define processes, requirements, design, and configurations. You will capture and maintain documentation accurately during design discussions and review existing application design to inform recommendations to stakeholders.

You will also contribute to creating technical support documentation and enhancing digital health solution designs. Your expertise in clinical and build experience will inform system design and configuration.

About the Role
  • Proven expertise in the community healthcare setting
  • Tertiary qualifications in health or extensive experience in public health
  • Understanding of health processes, workflows, and models of care
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital health environment
