Overview

Digital Health Analyst - Community Team - Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR), NSW Health. Be part of the team leading the largest digital transformation in Australia's public health history. The SDPR program creates a single, secure, holistic, and integrated view of patient information across NSW Health, empowering clinicians with real-time access to unified patient data to support safe, transparent, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage clinical knowledge to initiate and support the design, configuration, and implementation of digital solutions.
  • Support Program/Project Leads and team members in defining processes, requirements, design, and configurations.
  • Capture and maintain documentation accurately during design discussions.
  • Review existing application design to inform recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to creating technical support documentation and enhancing digital health solution designs.
  • Apply clinical and build experience to inform system design and configuration.
About You
  • Proven expertise and a solid background in the Community healthcare setting.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Health Information Management) and/or extensive experience in Public Health.
  • Understanding of health processes, workflows, and models of care.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital health environment.
