
Sales Growth and Revenue Drive

As a highly skilled and ambitious professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the APAC region. You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute on territory sales plans and manage multiple deal cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage concurrent deal cycles and maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Execute on the Kainos Product Sales Process using industry-standard sales methodologies.
- Accurately reflect sales performance in CRM and report pipeline to sales leadership.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand clients' Workday environments and challenges.
- Prospect via multichannel approaches and identify high-value opportunities.
- Deliver demos of Kainos Smart automation and EDM products, offering advice on maximizing ROI.
- Assess customers' needs and explain how our products can satisfy those requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships within assigned territories.
- Support marketing activities and events.
Requirements:
- Expertise in business development processes and complex commercial offers.
- Ability to create strategies and account plans that ensure success in winning large deals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels.
- Successful track record of Enterprise Software or Solution Sales, accompanied by hitting targets.
- Excellent networking skills and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills, resolving escalations, and diffusing issues.
- Ability to travel to designated sales territories regularly.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong academic background, degree-level equivalent.
- Experience within the Workday ecosystem.
