Are you a driven and enthusiastic individual looking to develop your skills in Human Resources? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Culture Coordinator at AccorHotel, where you will play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process, champion contract preparation, and coordinate the induction and onboarding process of new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Prepare contracts and perform pre-induction duties
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Organize employee engagement activities
  • Support the T&C team with various HR projects and initiatives
  • Assist with Learning & Development scheduling and recording
  • Maintain accurate staff records, reports, and compliance
  • Support Health & Safety and Sustainability (ESG) efforts
Requirements
  • Positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high organizational skills
  • Creative flair and enthusiasm for driving employee engagement initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Bonus points for experience in HR or the hotel industry

Salary Information

We are offering a competitive salary ranging between $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position based in a bustling city location, providing numerous opportunities for growth and professional development.
