Drive Partner Growth

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Danfoss's growth and expanding its strong partner network. This position is ideal for highly motivated sales professionals who excel at building relationships, generating revenue, and driving partner-led sales.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive revenue through existing relationships.
  • Develop and implement plans to re-engage dormant partners and unlock their full potential.
  • Own the sales cycle for partner-driven deals, working collaboratively with partners to qualify, progress, and close opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and recruit high-potential partners who can drive incremental revenue.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration between direct and partner sales motions.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize sales efficiency and opportunity velocity.
  • Support co-branded marketing initiatives, partner events, and lead-generation campaigns.
Background & Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and building a partner network.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian sales landscape and competitive environment.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in engineering, mechanical or equivalent relevant experience.

Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
