About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Full-time Security Officer and Casual Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at one of our retail sites in Redbank. The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logs
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current Security License
- A Control Room License (highly regarded)
- A current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, willingness to work nights/weekends
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits, including access to our Employee Assistance Program, Employee wellbeing platform, Security Services Industry Award rates reviewed annually, employee rewards, and commendations.
