The Opportunity

Securecorp has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Senior Protection Officer to provide top-notch customer service and emergency response at one of our retail assets in Ipswich.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality security and customer service duties
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, providing necessary support
  • Evaluate and respond to potential risks
  • Manage access control systems
  • Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Roster Details

  • Full-time position with 4 days on, 4 days off roster
  • 2 days and 2 nights shift pattern

We welcome applications from individuals with varied backgrounds who possess the following skills, experience, and aptitudes:

  • A current Security License with Crowd Control endorsement is essential for this role
  • A Control Room License is highly regarded but not required
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills are vital
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
