About the Opportunity

We have two exciting openings for a Full-time Security Officer and Casual Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and emergency response at one of our retail sites in Redbank.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logging
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current Security License
  • A Control Room License (highly regarded)
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights/weekends
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
