About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our HR People Services Division. As a key member of our Human Resources Command, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of professionals who provide critical HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR Services function with a focus on payroll delivery and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the delivery of HR Services, enabling employees to focus on their critical work.
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership team peers and other department leads to shape and execute strategies that support the organization's goals.
  • Manage a large team of professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the successful delivery of key HR services.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in leading Payroll, HR Systems, HR data, and HR Advisory functions in large-scale, complex operating environments.
  • A high degree of people management ability, with previous experience managing large teams in the successful delivery of key HR services.
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to determine technical and technology improvements required to enhance HR Service delivery.
  • Exposure to systems such as SAP and Oracle.
  • A willingness to drive new ideas while respecting the need for consistency at scale.
  • A sharp eye for detail and experience in ensuring attention to governance and regulatory requirements.
