The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the achievement of financial targets through effective management of resources and staff.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences through attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, including rostering, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinating and executing promotions and events to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Managing venue auditing and compliance requirements to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Food Handlers Certificate and current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG) and TAB Compliance.
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
