As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador, and assisting customers with all queries and sales.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and memorable JD experience
  • Assisting customers with all queries and processing sales
  • Working in collaboration with the wider Management and store team to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks, including VM setup, store cleanliness, and presentation
  • Escalating any customer complaints to management
  • Consistently completing any mandatory training relevant to product, policy, and procedure

  • An ability to enthusiastically look at a challenge as an opportunity to develop yourself, your career, and learn new skills

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs
