A leading not-for-profit aged care provider in Victoria seeks a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator to join their facility based in the Regional area. Our mission is to deliver quality, compassionate healthcare to vulnerable individuals.

We are currently looking for 2 full-time or part-time Clinical Care Coordinators to support our residents and team members. Key highlights of this role include:

  • Working in residential aged care with a not-for-profit organisation
  • Full-time or Part-Time Permanent position available

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Nurse with Grade 5 experience and management skills to lead and coordinate high-quality care services. Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including current AHPRA registration
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents, and families
  • Genuine passion for individualised care to support ageing in place
