Job Title: Contract Professional

We are seeking a skilled contracts administrator to manage contract administration processes from start to finish.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in project success by overseeing contract management, preparation, negotiation, and monitoring of RFQs, subcontractor & supplier contracts, and existing contract templates.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract terms with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor and review existing contract templates to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure key stakeholders understand and comply with company contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing contract administration processes from start to finish.
  • Preparing RFQs, subcontractor & supplier contracts, and negotiating contract terms.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and updating existing contract templates.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in law, commerce, construction management, quantity surveying, or engineering.
  • 3-5 years experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role in construction.
  • Experience in preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts.
  • Proven track record in managing progress claims and variations.
