Facilities Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the safe and high-quality operations, performance, and maintenance of our properties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing property operations, including planning, budgets, improvements, and outcomes. They will also be able to ensure the efficient, responsive operation of all properties, provide input for building-related funding applications, and communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and stakeholders.

This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for maintaining and improving our properties.

The facilities manager will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and contribute to our mission of community building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property operations, including planning, budgets, improvements, and outcomes
  • Ensure the efficient, responsive operation of all properties

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary education in a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in a management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
